Timeshare units were built for convenience: typically with kitchens, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, washers & dryers. But, unlike Airbnb or VRBO, you get hotel-like amenities: pools, restaurants, front desk, on-site housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
Our Policy
For reservations made at least 6 months in advance:
- Client will be required to submit a 10% refundable reservation fee to book their reservation. Owner will contact the requested resort and make the reservation, if available. If Client’s reservation cannot be confirmed, Owner will send full refund to Client.
- After the reservation has been confirmed, Owner will send Client Vacation Resort Rental Agreement to review and sign electronically.
- The remaining 90% of the rental fee will be due within 30 days following confirmation.
- Owner will then provide Client an authorization letter to be used for check-in.
Client may cancel the reservation up to 95 calendar days prior to scheduled arrival. Any cancellations made within 95 days of scheduled arrival will result in a $350 fee with remaining paid balance refundable.
All reservations are subject to resort availability.
